Zhao Liang and Ai Weiwei. Two remarkable and brave artists. One is a rebel-turned-collaborator with the Chinese government. The other remains defiant. As a result, Ai is monitored daily by bureaucratic thugs and banned from leaving the country.
An interesting study in contrasts. What’s more effective? To be a dissident from the insider or from the outside?
